Generate and create a dataset from a natural-language prompt using an AI model.

Request body:

• prompt: str (required) — Business description of the desired dataset.
• model: str (optional) — Model name (default: gpt-4o-mini).
• max_columns: int (optional) — Max columns to generate (default: 10).

Example prompt: "Create a dataset for e-commerce orders with columns order_id, customer_email, amount, currency, status, created_at"
